Punishment of the crime

At around 18:00 on June 26, 2015, the Defendant driven a 100-wheeled vehicle B at a 20-meter radius from the new south-ro located in Daegu Jung-gu, Nam-ro 80, Nam-gu, 1988-3, in accordance with the previous monthly salary, with approximately 20 meters prior to the 1988-3 road, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.1% of alcohol level.
