A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall intermediate a third party's communications or provide such for a third party's communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator.

Nevertheless, on July 30, 2018, the Defendant provided telecommunications business operators with telecommunications services for another’s communications by sending a pledge, resident registration certificate, and a photograph of the resident registration certificate in the name of the Defendant, as shown in the attached Table I, at the Defendant’s house located in the two weeks, at the Defendant’s home located in the two weeks, and at the time of Chungcheongnam, the Defendant called “C” located in the Kakao Kakao Kao Kao Kao Kao Kakao Kao Kao Kao Kao Kao Kao.

No person of "2019 Highest 1881" shall intermediate a third party's communications through telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator or provide such services for a third party's communications.

Nevertheless, on August 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a nameless person who was posted a notice stating “the payment of money at the opening of a mobile phone chip” at the Internet site to the Kakaox and received counseling; and (b) received a proposal from a nameless person who was named in the name of the Defendant, stating, “the use of text messages in mass will be made; (c) will give KRW 20,000 won per line upon opening of the cell phone cam (USIM); (d) the Defendant’s personal identification card; and (d) sent the Defendant’s photograph to the Defendant’s photograph so that the nameless person may open the F number in the name of the Defendant at the E Communications Station and use it through the Defendant’s name (USM); and (e) provided the telecommunications service to a telecommunications business operator for the use of telecommunications services in the name of another person under the name of the Defendant, as shown in Appendix II, as indicated in the attached Table II.
