1. The defendant shall make the former Jeju District Court Kim Jong-gu registry office with respect to the portion of 1/4 of the real estate listed in the attached Table 2 list to Nonparty D.

The facts as stated in the reasons for the claim Nos. 1 do not conflict between the parties, or are recognized by comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to the entries in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2. Accordingly, according to the Plaintiff’s exercise of the Plaintiff’s subrogation right against Nonparty D as the right to preserve the claim based on the payment order against Nonparty D, the Defendant is obliged to implement the procedure for registration of cancellation of the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage completed as No. 28405, Oct. 21, 1985 with respect to 1/4 shares of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 list No. 2.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
