A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud against the victim C;

A. On January 25, 2006, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E office operated by the victim C in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, stating that “The Defendant would give 1% of the total shares at the time of the establishment of a company if the Defendant borrowed KRW 30 million as the purchase price for the equipment for energy production facilities is required.”

However, the Defendant was not successful in research and development of fusion energy, and there was little possibility that research and development of fusion energy will be successful, so even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim, there was no intent or ability to pay the victim with the money borrowed from the victim through research and development of fusion energy.

The defendant was issued 30 million won (one million won's cashier's checks) as borrowed money from the victim on the spot.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

B. On February 1, 2007, the Defendant was the defrauded around February 1, 2007.

At the place described in the paragraph, “I would make sure that the corporation’s incorporation capital for the development of fusion energy would be 40 million won by its representative at all times.”

However, the defendant is true.

There was no intention or ability to establish the corporation because it was thought that it was used for other purposes even if it was given the capital stock from the victim.

The Defendant received 20 million won (20 million won, 5 million won, 5 million won, and 5 million won in cash) from the victim on the same day on the same day, and the same year.

2.15. Minority: 10 million won under the same name, and the same year.

3. A person has been granted KRW 10 million in total on three occasions, such as remittance of money to the head of a Tong in the name of his/her father under the same name as around 19.m., on three occasions.
