Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On June 3, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual special larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court (Seoul Eastern District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence on April 15, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1. The Defendant committed the crime of November 19, 2017: (a) around 19:00 to 21:00 on November 19, 2017; (b) opened a window locked up to 3 floors following the building, which was prepared to be laid up in advance, with the victim D’s house located in Songpa-gu Seoul apartment, Songpa-gu, Seoul; and (c) intruded into the house through it; and (d) up to 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the bed room.

Accordingly, the Defendant invaded upon another person's residence at night, and stolen the property amounting to KRW 8.3 million in total.
2. The Defendant committed the crime of December 9, 2017: around 18:35, 2017; and around December 18:35, 2017: (a) opened a window behind the building with the second floor without correcting the door up to the second floor; (b) in the house, 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (c) KRW 10,000 won in total of the market price; and (d) five precious metals, such as a gold bar with the total market price of KRW 2,50,00,000 in total, KRW 2.5 million in total.

As a result, the defendant invaded upon another person's residence at night, and stolen the property worth 2.63 million won in total.
