The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around August 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) worked as a dump truck article at the construction site located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu, and (b) took five dump truck article of D and other dump truck article, using electricity, thereby openly insulting the victim E using a dump truck article, stating that “I Y, Chewing typ, and maths were paid for, but I am to be loaded.” This hump, the Defendant, at the construction site located in Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, and that “I am to be loaded.”

(a) Cases which may be prosecuted only upon complaint (Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act);

B. Revocation of complaint by the victim after the prosecution of this case

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act);
