1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the real estate indicated in the attached list, and from June 28, 2019, the amount of KRW 1,600,000 and the amount of KRW 1,60.

1. Basic facts

A. On February 12, 2019, the Plaintiff leased the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) to the Defendant as the lease period from February 28, 2019 to February 27, 2021, the lease deposit amount of KRW 10 million and KRW 800,000 per month.

B. The Defendant did not pay KRW 1.6 million monthly rent for April and May 2019, and the Plaintiff, upon certification of the content as of June 18, 2019, declared the Defendant to terminate the lease contract on the ground of delinquency for at least two years in arrears. This reached the Defendant on June 20, 2019.

2. According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the instant real estate to the Plaintiff and pay the unpaid amount of KRW 1,600,000 and the unpaid amount of KRW 800,000 per month from June 28, 2019 to the delivery date.

3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
