Punishment of the crime

After receiving a transfer of the purchase price of stocks from the client with a delegation to request the purchase of stocks, the Defendant is a person who, after finding a person to sell the stocks, transfers the purchase price of stocks to the seller, and thereafter, mediates over-the-counter stock transactions in contact with the securities company and transfer the stocks to the client.

Around 09:30 on January 10, 2012, the Defendant was delegated by the Defendant to request the purchase of KONEX stocks from the victim B, and was transferred to the treatment securities account (C) account in the name of the Defendant and embezzled the said money for the victim on or around February 2012.
