Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall distribute, provide or possess obscene materials for use by children or juveniles.

1. On January 23, 2020, the Defendant provided two children and juveniles pornography as shown in the attached list of crimes in the following: (a) around January 23, 2020, the Defendant: (b) provided two children and juveniles pornography as shown in the attached list of crimes; and (c) provided them to unspecified persons with obscene materials for use by a person who can be clearly recognized as a child by using the Internet data sharing program, “D”, which is an Internet data sharing program; and (d) provided them with sexual intercourse.

2. On January 23, 2020, at around 11:33, the Defendant stored and possessed a total of four children and juvenile pornography, such as a total of four children and juvenile pornography (2) in attached Table 2, where female students, who were in uniformed on the Not North (NT900X computer) computer hard disks, with male and sexual intercourses and other similar teaching activities using mouths, and possessed them.
