Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of planning office as an incorporated association.

At around 18:00 on November 6, 2018, the Defendant, along with 15 employees of the incorporated association, including the victim E (as of November 7, 2018, the victim E (as of November 7, 2018, the age of 02:03) went to a meeting. At around 20:30, the Defendant moved from around 22:50 to H(45) who is the secretary general of the incorporated association, and the victim, the Defendant moved to I along with the victim.

On November 7, 2018, the Defendant, at the main point of “J” around 00:58 on November 7, 2018, led the victim to enter the K Apartment Ldong complex in Switzerland-si, Switzerland-si, where the victim was on board the taxi, and tried to take the taxi with the victim’s hand while driving the taxi while driving the string, or to take the iron bars of the traffic guidance signs, even though the victim was trying to return to the string, such as taking the victim’s hand and moving the string of the traffic guidance signs.
