1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 556,786,221 as well as the interest rate from June 16, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 23, 2014, the Plaintiff and Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) entered into a contract for the supply of goods with the terms and conditions that the Plaintiff would supply the goods, such as “E team chridge” and “Istst chlodd” to Defendant A (hereinafter “instant contract for the supply of goods”), and Defendant B, C, and D, at the latest, jointly and severally agreed upon the Defendant’s obligation for the payment of goods under the said contract for the supply of goods on March 2016.

The purpose of this contract is to provide for all matters related to the handling and sale of the Plaintiff’s supplied goods by Defendant A.

Article 3 Text and Supply of Goods

1. Goods supplied by the Plaintiff are sold by Defendant A’s order.

Article 5 Payment

1. The date and method of payment determined by an agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant A.

2. In principle, the payment of the purchase price purchased by Defendant A from the Plaintiff shall be made in cash within 60 days from the date on which the Defendant A is supplied.

Article 6 of the Act on the Protection of Joint and Several sureties

1.With respect to the obligations currently assumed by Defendant A under this Arrangement and all obligations to be incurred in the future, Defendant A and the joint and several liability holders F, G and the remainder of Defendant B, C and D shall without objection perform the joint and several liability.

B. The Plaintiff supplied goods to Defendant A, including “E team sbridges” and “Royst chyst chloffs” as follows:

(A) The Plaintiff asserts that the goods were supplied on the date indicated in the “date of issuance of the tax invoice” as follows. The Defendants also do not dispute the supply date, and thus, the said date is deemed the date of supply of the goods.
