1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,145,265 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 29, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons

(Provided, That the sum of rent of 1,945,265 won among the rent of 8.8 million won in November 2017 and rent of 3.5.2 million won in total from December 2017 to March 2018
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 37,145,265 won with interest rate of 15% per annum from November 29, 2018 to the date of full payment, and therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition.
