1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 131,58,392 as well as 20% per annum from December 18, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. On April 8, 201, the Plaintiff acquired the claim for the purchase price of goods from the Cheongdojin LLC Co., Ltd. for exchange trade.

On January 3, 2012, the defendant acquired the above goods price liability from the Subdivision Trade Co., Ltd.

At the time of debt succession, the amount of the goods price debt was US$128,945.02.

Therefore, the Defendant’s exchange rate at the time of January 20, 2015, which was the date of the closing of argument in the instant case KRW 131,58,392, is 140,163,236 won or within the scope sought by the Plaintiff.

(i) USD 128,945.02 】 (i.e., USD 128,945.02 】 (i.e., USD 1,020.50 at an exchange rate as of August 25, 2014) and damages for delay are liable to pay them.
