A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 12, 2014, at around 22:51, the Defendant: (a) sent 2 police officers, such as B district guards belonging to the Mine Police Station B district on the road located in 13 a.m. 13m., on the road in front of the foot-gu, 2014, to the scene, and did not bring about their arguments on the case where there was a dispute between the Defendant and the taxi engineer, on the ground that the above C does not bring about his claim regarding the instant case; (b) sent the patrol car belonging to the B district to conclude the instant case and to send and conduct other on-site patrols; (c) sent the said patrol car in order to prevent the said patrol car from proceeding. On the other hand, the Defendant removed the Defendant from the said patrol car to the lower part of the said patrol unit; and (d) sent the said patrol to the front part of the said patrol to the lower part of the said patrol; and (d) assaulted

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch of police officers to the site and patrol.
