A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intimidation: around 18:01 on June 30, 2019, the Defendant sent a text message to the victim at the home of the Defendant’s house located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, that does not come into contact after he sawd with the victim D (here 29 years old) and does not come into contact after he sawd, using a mobile phone, and threatens the victim by sending a text message at any time and at any time.

7. By November 1, 200, text messages sent to the victim were sent 14 times in total, as shown in the annexed list of crimes.

2. On July 9, 2019, around 14:26, the Defendant: (a) went to the front of the apartment where the victim D, located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) and (c) went to the front of the apartment where the neighbor D was living; and (d) intruded into the residence of the victim by opening a joint signature and entering it.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.
