Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2020, the defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution for assault in Busan District Court on August 1, 2020.

At around 17:00 on October 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of one disease (1,300 won at a market price) from a Biocom, which was displayed in the cooling house in the “DMat” operated by the victim C, located in the Dong-gu Busan, Busan, without hiding it into the lock.
