A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a B car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On November 21, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.155% while under the influence of alcohol at around 19:20 on November 21, 2016, and led to a two-lane road in the direction of the Central Sports Park in order to drive the said vehicle under the influence of normal driving.

In this case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to operate safely by accurately operating the steering direction and operation of the system by checking the signal of the intersection and examining the right and the right and the right of the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and got off the part of the Defendant’s front driver’s vehicle following the victim C(49 years old) who was in the atmosphere of the signal at the front section by negligence of driving under the influence of alcohol.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driven such a car as set forth in paragraph 1 within about 1 km from the front side of the middle school, such as Annsan-si, Goyang-dong, etc. to the front side of the same fish distance, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.15% in the light of the day set forth in paragraph 1.
