1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 2, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff, upon the Defendant’s request, completed the construction work for remodeling C 2nd floor housing unit C with a contract amounting to KRW 60,000,000,000,000,000 for the construction work. After which, at the Defendant’s request, the Plaintiff paid the additional construction cost of KRW 12,90,000,000 from the Defendant. The Plaintiff was merely paid KRW 35,90,000,000 for the unpaid construction cost and the additional construction cost incurred by the Defendant (= KRW 60,000,000 - KRW 37,000) and damages for delay.
