The Defendant, “2014 high-level 273,” without registering with the competent authority, set up one straw game machine on the street in front of C real estate located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, from the early June 2013 to September 9, 2013, and operated a business to provide many and unspecified persons with game products so that the public may use it.

The Defendant, at around 12:40 on October 4, 2013, in collusion with Nonindicted Party D without being registered with the competent authority, set up one straw game machine in the name of “F” in the name of “F” in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and made it available to many and unspecified customers. In doing so, the Defendant engaged in the juvenile game providing business without registration.
