Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a C Poter cargo vehicle.

On October 31, 2014, at around 10:38, 2014, the Defendant proceeded along the crosswalk without signal lights in front of the E-cafeteria located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Ma, Ma, from the direction of the U.S. distance.
