1. The Plaintiff:
A. The defendant points out of the land listed in the separate sheet in the attached Form 9, 10, 11, 12, and 9.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a person who completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch of Busan District Court on September 1, 2010 with respect to the registration of ownership transfer as to the Busan District Court’s 419 square meters, and as to the D major 96 square meters (hereinafter “the Plaintiff’s land” in combination with each of the above land), the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch of Busan District Court’s 95922, Oct. 25, 2010, respectively. The Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the Busan District Court’s 225 square meters (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”) and the building on land (hereinafter “the instant building”). The Plaintiff is a person who completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch of Busan District Court’s 205 square meters (hereinafter “the instant building”) and the building on January 17, 201
B. (1) The instant building is currently being used as a bath, and the said bath sewage manager is located near the boundary line of the Plaintiff’s land in Busan Shipping Daegu C and the instant Defendant’s land among the Plaintiff’s instant land, and the said sewage manager is packaging the instant concrete. Of which part of the instant concrete (hereinafter “instant concrete”) is occupying 3.4 square meters of the instant land among the Plaintiff’s land (hereinafter “instant concrete occupation part”).
(2) After purchasing the instant building, the Defendant installed each ground gas pipeline (hereinafter “instant ground gas pipeline”) in the part (B) connecting each point of the items indicated in the attached Form 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 in order to install gas pipelines to operate bathing rooms, and installed each of the items of the underground gas pipeline (hereinafter “instant underground gas pipeline”) and the part (c) connecting each point of the underground gas pipeline (hereinafter “instant underground gas pipeline”) indicated in the attached Form 7, 8, in the order of 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
C. (1) The Defendant, from January 26, 2015 to February 6, 2015, newly constructed underground gas pipes for the use of the instant building bath on the land of Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, to remove (1) such as the installation of underground gas pipes and gas meters, etc.
