A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2016, the Defendant started from a parking lot in the electronic jurisdiction of the Daegu North-gu Distribution Complex without a driver's license on April 10, 2016 and operated B Poter Cargo Vehicles within approximately 50 meters from the intersection in front of the mountain at the same jurisdiction.
