1. Promissory notes No. 911, 2010, dated June 8, 2010, against the defendant's defendant's joint office C with the plaintiff as a notary public C joint office with the plaintiff.

1. The plaintiff made a notarial deed of promissory note stated in the order to the defendant.

The defendant applied for a collection order and seizure of claim and collection order with this notarial deed as the title of execution, which was served on the garnishee.

Since the defendant received full payment of the Promissory Notes, he/she seeks to exclude the executory power of the said Promissory Notes.
