1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,38,230 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 18, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim: Claim for KRW 35,388,230, which the Plaintiff sold to the Defendant from November 1, 2014 to January 13, 2015, among the price of cosmetics sold by the Plaintiff;

2. Judgment deeming confessions: The Defendant, under Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, submitted a written objection on August 30, 2018 with the formal content after receiving the application for the instant payment order, and did not submit a specific written response, and did not appear on the date of pleading without complying with the recommendation of the full bench to make a substantial answer. Thus, it is deemed that the Defendant led to the confession of the facts indicated on the cause of the said claim under Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
