Defendant

A Imprisonment with prison labor for six months and fines for 5,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by fines for 4,000,000 won, respectively.

The Defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. From April 11, 2016 to April 15, 2016, Defendant A, as the business owner of a sexual traffic business establishment, had 5 room rooms in the name of “F”, “G”, “H”, “I”, etc. at the Internet site, with the studio 5 rooms in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan E-gu, Seoul, from around April 11, 2016, and had male customers receive 35,000 to 75,000 won from male customers including J, K, L, and Q, who reported the advertisement, and directed male customers of the act similar to sexual intercourse with male customers, such as N,O, P, and Q.

As a result, the defendant conspired with B to engage in commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

2. Defendant B, along with Defendant A from April 14, 2016 to April 15, 2016, reported advertisements posted on the above Internet sites at the business establishment of the said “F”, and received KRW 35,000 to KRW 75,00 from male customers, such as J, K, L, and M, and instructed male customers to do sexual traffic, such as N,O, P, and Q, and had them do sexual intercourse similar to male customers.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with A to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
