A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 12, 2020, the Defendant opened and operated a new shopping mall (D) “Internet” in the Defendant’s residence located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, 202, the Defendant selected five types [1.00 won (20,000 won (per authorization 20,000 won), 25,000 won (per authorization 17,000 won), 25,000 won (per authorization 17,000 won), 25,60,000 won (per authorization 42,50 won), 40,000 won (per 42,50 won), 40,000 won (per 50,000 KF94, 50,500 won (per 50,000 won), 10,50,000 won (per 40,50,000 won) and 50,50,000 won (per 50,005,05,00.

However, the defendant was thought to use the money deposited from the victim for gambling, such as sports discussions, and did not secure KF94 Escke quantities, and even if the victim orders Masck, he did not have the intent or ability to sell it.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) received KRW 42,500 from the victim to March 16, 2020; and (c) received KRW 7,667,500 in total from the victims on a total of 22 occasions over a total of 22 occasions, as shown in attached Table 1, from around March 13, 2020 to March 16, 2020; and (d) received KRW 5,707,500 from the victims on a total of 17 occasions, as shown in attached Table 2, but did not deposit the victims, the Defendant attempted to receive KRW 5,707,50 from the victims on a total of 17 occasions as shown in attached Table 2.
