Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, with respect to Defendant B, the period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2016, A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to the crime of writing electronic records, etc. in the Daegu District Court's sex support on August 19, 2016, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Daegu Prison on August 19, 2016.

The Defendants sold the Gyeong-gun, which was known of the reputation of the origin from Gyeong-gun, by stealing the horse in the ancient village, and conspired to use the proceeds in installments.

1. Defendants’ special larceny

A. As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

B. On the same day, the Defendants found the victim I’s residence Ha located in 03:00 on the same day, and thereafter, found the victim’s 8 Morse-dong 8 Morse-dong 100,000 won at the victim’s market value parked therein, and separated the cargo from the horse, led about about 100 meters to the cargo loaded in the nearby area, leading about about 100 meters to the cargo loaded in the horse, and loaded the cargo while driving the cargo in the same manner.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. The Defendants’ attempted special larceny at around 02:30 on the same day came to the new site of a vinyl house located in the JJ of the Gyeongbuk-gun of the Gyeongbuk-gun on the same day, and the victim K owned at that site is KRW 2 million.
