1. All of the plaintiffs' primary claims are dismissed.

2. The defendant is on the size of 44.2 square meters on the Jung-gu Daejeon Special Metropolitan City D road.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 15, 1982, E divided the land of Jung-gu, Daejeon, which was owned by it into G large 15.7 square meters (hereinafter “the land of this case”), H large 154.7 square meters (hereinafter “the land of this case”) and D large 44.2 square meters (the land category was changed to the road of this case on June 18, 1982; hereinafter “the road of this case”). On June 19, 1982, E sold the land of this case No. 1 to J, and the land of this case No. 2 to J. 2.

B. As to the land No. 1 of this case, the transfer registration for ownership was completed in order to sell and purchase I (I, 21, 1982), K (I, 182), and Plaintiff B (I, 28, 195) in order.

With respect to the land of this case No. 2, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the order of J (O. 21, 1982) and L (O. 6, 1982). On January 4, 2016, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on December 4, 201 as a result of inheritance by consultation and division.

C. I purchased the land No. 1 in this case and newly constructed a building on that ground (hereinafter “the building No. 1 in this case”) on August 28, 1982, and completed the registration of ownership preservation in the future on August 28, 1982, and thereafter, K and Plaintiff B thereafter.

The registration of ownership transfer has been completed in order on the same day as the same day.

J purchased the instant land No. 2 and newly constructed a building on that ground (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) on August 28, 1982, and completed the registration of ownership preservation in the future on August 28, 1982, and thereafter, L and Plaintiff A. B thereafter.

Each registration of ownership transfer has been completed on the same day as in paragraph (d).

On the other hand, since August 28, 1982, when the whole building Nos. 1 and 2 of this case was newly constructed and the registration of ownership preservation was completed, it was used as a passage to enter each building of this case as a contribution from August 28, 1982. The road of this case was merely a contribution, and only the persons who enter each building of this case after the road of this case was located in a dead-end place, which forms the boundary angles with the road of this case.
