Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act and the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act driving at around 04:30 on June 22, 2014, the 125CC (hereinafter referred to as “125 years old”), driving the C vehicle driving at a speed of about 40 km from the right-hand side of the Cheongju University to the right-hand side of the Cheongju University at a speed of about 40 km.
