A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On September 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act at the Busan District Court on September 11, 2013, and the judgment was confirmed on September 24, 2013 and is still under probation.

1. Public performance and obscene;

A. On April 1, 2014, from around 14:40 to 14:55, the Defendant laid off all upper and lower parts of the Defendant’s chest and her gender, and openly obscene acts by openly displaying the Defendant’s chest and her gender to a large number of people, on the grounds that they were in a dispute with male-friendly districts located in the south-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City.

B. On April 3, 2014, from around 15:20 to 15:45, the Defendant laid off all upper and lower parts of the Defendant’s chest and presented her chest and her gender to the public, on the ground that the Defendant was in a dispute with male-friendly districts in front of the D female located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and brought about a publicly obscene act.

C. On May 29, 2014, from around 17:15 to 17:30, the Defendant, upon receiving a report from the Defendant on the two-lane 11-lane road along Ulsan Nam-gu New-ro, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, Police Station E-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, on the ground that the Defendant exceeded all the upper lower parts of the Defendant’s chest and publicly obscene act by openly putting the Defendant’s chest and gender while passing through the vehicle, on the ground that there was multi-oculation to move the vehicle to India.

2. On May 29, 2014, from around 17:00 to around 17:30, the Defendant interfered with ordinary traffic, the Defendant: (a) placed the center line of the two-lane road along which multiple vehicles passed at the places specified in the foregoing paragraph (c) above, on a streeter, and lying off all the upper and lower sides of the two-lane road, thereby making it impossible for the Defendant to pass a vehicle with a large of 30 minutes of traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the traffic by preventing the traffic flow of vehicles passing through the above road.

3. The obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant’s injury are female workers on the road at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(c) above.
