As a person subject to enlistment in active duty service, the Defendant, through the Defendant’s love e-mail (B) at Fungscoon on February 17, 2017, did not enter the military service by not later than three days after the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds, even though the Defendant received a written notice of enlistment to enlistment to the Army Training Center around April 3, 2017.
