Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) jointly with C (the suspension of indictment on the same day). On July 02, 2014, at the front of the E Park located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, the victim F (the age of 72) in neighboring housing was the victim F (the age of 72) of the neighboring housing was the victim’s blick defect in Vietnam, and the Defendant took a bath.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who gets off the victim, assaults the victim’s breath and walking the breath, etc., and C, upon drinking the victim’s head and face, would inflict damage on the victim’s breathal cirrity that requires approximately two weeks’ treatment;

On July 2, 2014, around 01:40, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties in relation to arrest of flagrant offenders, by refusing to arrest the Defendant on the spot at the scene where the police officer assigned to the Seongbuk-gu Police Station G police box called up pursuant to 112 on the street in front of the E Park in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul under the notification of 112, and by assaulting the Defendant to arrest the flagrant offender for committing the crime under the above 1.
