Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) moved in the victim C (the 52-year-old) who was temporarily stopped in order to verify the destination of the front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City (the 52-year-old) on the road; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to see where the specific destination is located due to alcohol, and then damaged the victim’s dynasium and the card terminal installed in the large stoke by putting the dynasium and the card terminal installed in his hand on his hand.
