A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. On December 27, 2018, the Defendant, at around 13:20 on December 27, 2018, took a bath for employees, including the victim C, who are the head of the management office, including the victim C, without any reason, and interfered with the victim’s apartment management work by force by leaving about 30 minutes of a boom.

At around 01:00 on January 12, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the convenience store business of the victim by force by leaving a 30-minute failure, such as passing the victim G, who works in the same place as that of the above “1-B,” and passing the victim G, “in the body of the victim, fluencing, using the body.”

2. On January 13, 2019, around January 13, 2019, the Defendant, who destroyed and damaged property, and assaulted, on January 13, 2019, the above “1-B” around 15:00.
