1. The defendant shall have jurisdiction over each real estate listed in the attached list to the plaintiff in Incheon District Court Kimpo-si.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

가. C의 토지 매수 및 공장 신축 제안 원고는 C(그 부인인 피고가 대표자로 있는 ‘D’을 실질적으로 운영하여 토목건축공사업을 하는 사람이다)의 제안에 따라 김포시 E 일대의 토지를 그 소유자들로부터 매수한 후 C에게 위 토지 지상의 공장 신축공사를 도급하기로 하였다.

B. The Plaintiff’s purchase of land E in the instant case was divided into H or I on two occasions on January 14, 2014 and April 8, 2014, according to C’s brokerage, from F on January 10, 2014 to Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si (the instant land was divided into H or I on March 14, 2014 and April 8, 2014; hereinafter “the instant land before the instant partition”).

The sum of KRW 1,980 square meters (a sum of approximately 600 square meters) in total is an amount calculated as KRW 780,000,000 in total for sales (per square meter 1,300,000);

2) The first sales contract was purchased (hereinafter “the first sales contract of this case”).

(2) After having decided to invalidate the initial sales contract between F and F in accordance with C’s brokerage, the Plaintiff purchased real estate listed in attached Tables 1 through 4 from F to 631,00,000, and then purchased the real estate in attached Tables 1 through 40,000 as KRW 1,10,000 for the total purchase price of the entire land (a approximately 610 square meters) to be purchased by the Plaintiff (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 200, Apr. 1, 2014; 200,000, KRW 631,00,000 for the total purchase price, and KRW 35193, May 2, 2014; and 20,000, KRW 5,000 for the total purchase price on the entire land (around 610 square meters) to be purchased by the Plaintiff (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 2005, Apr. 29, 2014>
