Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

From December 22, 2014 to June 10, 2016, the Defendant worked as marketing director in charge of the business in the victim company D (ju) who manufactures plastic pre-scoping surface dissemination system in the wife population C, which is located in the wife population C.

In fact, there was no contract to deliver Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd. for supply E.

Nevertheless, at the above victim's office on May 2015, 2015, the victim's company's ex-factory employee decided to deliver Samsung Electronic to Samsung E an amount equivalent to KRW 114,025,923, and then released Franchis to Franchis and made a false statement.

As such, the victim caused the victim to release the product equivalent to the same amount to the F Logistics Center, and then sold the product to G after receiving 8,501,500 won.
