1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. At the time of 2017, the Plaintiff was in the sixth year of D Elementary School (hereinafter “instant school”).
B. On September 20, 2017, pursuant to Article 17 of the Act on the Prevention of and Countermeasures against Violence in Schools (hereinafter “School Violence Prevention Act”), on the ground that the Plaintiff exercised school violence against E who was enrolled in the fifth grade of the same school, the Autonomous Committee on Countermeasures against School Violence requested the Defendant to take measures for the following two hours: (a) written apology against the Plaintiff (Article 1(1)1); (b) the prohibition of contact, intimidation, and retaliation (Article 1(2)2); (c) the number of special education completed; (d) the number of special education completed; and (e) the number of special education completed (Article 1(9)); and (c) the Defendant took each of the above measures against the Plaintiff on September 27, 2017.
(hereinafter referred to as “instant disposition”). 【No dispute exists as a ground for recognition, entry in the evidence Nos. 1 and 3, and the purport of the entire pleadings.

3. Judgment on the main defense of this case
A. The Defendant’s main defenseal Plaintiff graduated from the instant school without complying with the instant disposition and entered the middle school.
The instant disposition is an incidental disposition under Article 17(3) of the School Violence Prevention Act, and is not recorded in school life records differently from the disposition under Article 17(1) of the same Act, and there is no way for the Defendant to compel the Plaintiff to implement the instant disposition.
Therefore, the lawsuit of this case is unlawful because the plaintiff has no legal interest in seeking revocation of the disposition of this case.
B. Article 17 of the Act on the Prevention of School Violence provides for measures against aggressor students in school violence. The subject of each of the above measures is "head of a school" and the subject of each of the above measures is "head of a school" and most of the students in the relevant school are premised
In light of this, each measure under Article 17 of the School Violence Prevention Act is based on the status or status of a student of the relevant school.
