On June 28, 2012, at the Seoul Eastern District Court, the Defendant and the person against whom an order to attach an electronic device was requested (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) were sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse. On February 22, 2018, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for four months as a crime of indecent act by force and six months as a result of the same court’s obstruction of performance of official duties on June 21, 2018, and the execution of the sentence was completed on November 13, 2018.
