1. An agreement entered into between G and the Defendant on April 6, 2016 among the third preliminary claims added by the Plaintiff in this Court.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The project of this case is a special Act on the Development of Traditional Markets and Shopping Districts (hereinafter “ Traditional Markets Act”).
