The Defendants are not guilty. The summary of each acquittal judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.

1. The summary of the facts charged is as follows: (a) on February 26, 2017, the Defendants: (b) within male toilets located at the main point of “D” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant main point”); (c) the victim E (18 years old) and F (18 years old) told the Defendants without the consent of the Defendants; and (d) according to the toilets in which the victim E enters; (b) Defendant A was able to look at the victim E headline; (c) 3 times the victim E head-on face; (d) Defendant A was able to take the victim’s face; and (e) Defendant A was able to take the victim’s face; (c) Defendant A was able to take the victim’s face with the victim’s fright; and (d) Defendant A was able to take the victim’s face with the victim’s frightk; and (e) Defendant A was able to take the victim’s face with the victim’s wall f.

As a result, the Defendants jointly inflicted bodily injury on the victim E, such as strings, etc. of the double wall that requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and injury on the victim F, such as cerebral lein in which there is no head open in need of medical treatment for about three weeks.

2. Determination

A. The summary of the Defendants and their defense counsel’s assertion is that the victims were breath and breath with each other, but they did not commit an injury by assaulting the victims as stated in the facts charged.

B. The instant case was found in the toilet located in the main place of the instant case, which is an enclosed space, and there was no witness except the Defendants and victims.

The victims were assaulted by the Defendants as stated in the facts charged.

On the other hand, the Defendants asserted that they had been fighting with victims, such as breathing in the toilets located at the main point of this case from investigative agencies to the court of law, but the Defendants committed acts, such as taking the face of victims or taking the ships beyond the face.
