Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall, while under the influence of alcohol, engage in a riotous or disorderly act by uttering or doing rough words or conducts at a public office.

Nevertheless, from March 12, 2013 to 20:40 on March 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) visited the above police box while drinking at the Busan Police Station, which is a government office located in 257, as a public office; and (b) visited the police station under the influence of alcohol; and (c) visited the police officer working at that station.
