Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.7 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant operates the real estate brokerage office of "C Licensed Real Estate Agent Office" in Daegu North-gu B.

The Defendant shall receive fees for the house brokerage of the said broker respectively from both the clients, and in the case of the sale and purchase or exchange, the Defendant may receive the fees within the limit of 5/1,00 of the transaction amount.

On January 31, 2019, the Defendant arranged the instant real estate brokerage office to sell and purchase housing of 138.2 square meters in the building site No. D, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, which is owned by the Defendant, to the outside of the instant case F, on 55 million won.

As above, the Defendant received two million won exceeding the statutory fees from the above D in return for brokerage, and received five million won exceeding the statutory fees from the above F in total, and received seven million won in total.
