On August 12, 2014, around 04:40 on August 12, 2014, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle by using seven lanes in the front of the Seoul Seocho-gu Arts Center located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from the wall protection area to the two-lanes, while driving the said vehicle, in violation of the signal apparatus of the vehicle signal apparatus installed at the said intersection, but still stopping in a new line.
