1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 22,395,670 won with 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the allegations by the parties and the purport of the entire arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 7, the plaintiff is obligated to pay to the defendant 343,203,146 won to the period from December 6, 2014 to April 1, 2015, and to receive 320,807,476 won out of the supply price of the above ready-mixed. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay the amount calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. from October 1, 2015 to the date following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, as the plaintiff seeks by the plaintiff.

In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
