Defendant

A Imprisonment for four months, Defendant B, C, and D respectively, and Defendant E shall be punished by imprisonment for six months, for four months, and Defendant E.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer or acquire any means of access to electronic financial transactions, nor arrange such transfer or acquisition.

1. Defendant A received a proposal from K to offer consideration if he/she registers as a director of a limited company and opens a passbook at the end of May, 2014, and transfers the passbook, and completed the registration as a director of a limited company on May 20, 2014, and the same year.

6. 5. Business registration shall be completed in the name of the above legal entity.

On June 9, 2014, the Defendant opened a new bank account (Account Number M) in the name of the said juristic person at the number completion point of the new bank located in the Suwon Mine-dong, Gwangju, and delivered the passbook and e-mail card to K, and issued each passbook and e-mail card to K by the 18th day of the same month, as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes List 1, and received 600,000 won from K in return.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access to electronic financial transactions.

2. On November 201, 2013, Defendant B, who established a limited liability company and opened a passbook, proposed that he would give consideration to the transfer of the passbook. On November 4, 2013, Defendant B established a limited liability company.

On December 3, 2013, the Defendant opened an account in the name of a national bank (Account NumberO) in the name of the said limited liability company at the Pungam point in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, and delivered the passbook and e-mail card to K, and issued each passbook and e-mail card to K by the 9th day of the same month, as shown in attached Table 2 of Crimes List 2, and received three million won from K in return.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access to electronic financial transactions.

3. On February 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from F to establish a limited liability company; (b) opened a passbook; and (c) established a limited liability company P on the 17th of the same month.

The defendant on February 19, 2014 shall be the Nam-gu, Gwangju.
