Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The plaintiff is a company that operates ready-mixed sales business, and the defendant is a person who runs construction business.
B. As to the so-called “C Corporation” (hereinafter “instant C Corporation”) between March 27, 2013 and May 20, 2013, the Defendant supplied the so-called “D restaurant neighboring building construction work” (hereinafter “construction work” in the instant case, between March 27, 2013 and May 20, 2013) from the Plaintiff = 427 cubic meters in total from 21 cubic meters = 266 cubic meters in 266 cubic meters in 21 cubic meters, and between April 11, 2013 and August 16, 2013, as to the so-called “D restaurant neighboring construction work” in the instant case’s 427 cubic meters in 148 cubic meters in 195 cubic meters in 195 cubic meters.
C. The Plaintiff, who is supplied with “Co. E” as designated by the Defendant, issued each of the electronic tax invoices of March 31, 2013, April 30, 2013, and May 31, 2013 (the total amount of KRW 24,248,00 = the total amount of KRW 1,134,00 as of March 31, 2013 = the total amount of KRW 7,672,00 as of April 30, 2013; KRW 15,42,000 as of May 31, 2013; KRW 30.30,00 as to the total amount of KRW 30,00,000 as of KRW 15,42,00 as of KRW 30,00,000 as of KRW 31,00,000, KRW 3013,031,2038,2013; and

2. The parties' assertion
A. The Plaintiff’s summary of the Plaintiff’s assertion shall supply ready-mixed to the Defendant at the construction site of this case, and KRW 21,000,000,000 (as of December 31, 2013), out of KRW 24,248,000 (as of December 31, 2014), = 5,000,000 (as of April 30, 2014) (as of May 30, 2014) (as of December 31, 2014), KRW 3,00,000 (as of December 31, 2014) (as of January 30, 200), KRW 2,00,000 (as of January 30, 2015), 2,000,000 (as of January 30, 201) around the restaurant (as of this case).
