Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 03:00 on September 2, 2018, committed indecent act by compulsion, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion by force against the victim C (the 21 year old) and his/her employees on the floor of the building B located in Silung City B, even though he/she talks with both the victim and the victim’s personal hand, and even if the victim did not ppuri and refuse to do so, he/she took part in the victim’s hair.

2. The injured Defendant: (a) committed assaulting D on the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) and at a place specified in paragraph (1) on the ground that friendly arrest D pointed out the crime described in paragraph (1) and caused the injury of the victim C, who is an employee of the said main shop, such as 21 years of age, E (n, 24 years of age), and E (n, b4 years of age), on the floor of the victim C’s horsehion, twice the victim’s head E, twice the victim’s head e, and two times the victims’ injury to the victim C in need of approximately seven-day treatment; and (b) injury to the victim’s face satis that requires approximately 14 days of treatment.
