1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 594,337,440, and Defendant B with respect thereto from August 1, 2007 to February 22, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. D on May 14, 2002, purchased a building of 1724 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) and three floors above its ground (hereinafter “instant building”) from Sungsung-gun Eri (the name of the administrative district was changed to Fdong as the name of the administrative district was changed to e.g., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e.,

Meanwhile, upon entering into the above sales contract, D purchased shares of 819/1108 square meters (hereinafter “the adjoining land of this case”) in the name of 1108 square meters (hereinafter “the adjoining land of this case”), which is adjacent to the land of this case. The adjoining land of this case did not have the ownership transfer registration for the said shares since it was scheduled to be expropriated as a road.

(B) At the time the ownership of the adjoining land of this case was I.B.

From August 2002, the Defendants requested D to sell the adjoining land of this case, and the land and buildings of this case. D, upon the transfer income tax to be borne by the Defendants, intended to sell the land of this case and buildings of this case to the Defendants, D and the Defendants entered into a sales contract (hereinafter “the instant sales contract”). On August 20, 202, 200, D and the Defendants concluded the so-called “the so-called “the instant contract” with respect to the adjacent land of this case and the land and buildings of this case.

The Defendants received on October 11, 2002 the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer from D on the instant land and building, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 16, 2002.

D and the terms of a sales contract prepared by the Defendants are as follows:

1. Location of indicating real estate: neighboring land in this case, land in this case: Building site, and building on two pieces of land in the preceding two lots: reinforced concrete;

2. Sales price: 4.2 billion won in terms of contract: 4.4 billion won in terms of contract and the intermediate payment received at the time of contract: one billion won in terms of payment in September 19, 2002, and any balance: 2.8 billion won in terms of payment in October 10, 2002.

Loans: To succeed to the maximum debt amount of 2.1 billion won.
