Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On July 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Detention House on February 7, 2019.

The Defendant at around 15:40 on March 9, 2019, 2016: (a) around 15:40, the beauty art room operated by the victim C of the Maldong-gun, and caused interference with the business of the above beauty art room; (b) the Defendant was dissatisfied with the Defendant’s punishment; and (c) the Defendant expressed that “I am aware of the fact that I had come before the police station, due to the fact that I reported at a time, I am, I am not cosmetic; and (d) I am see, I am la, and I am la, I am, I am. The Defendant stated that “F” operated by the Victim E in the Gandong-gun, the victim E, from around 18:00 on July 4, 2019 to around 21:00 on the same day, was drinking alcohol, and demanded the victim to stop him/her and return home to the Defendant, and that the victim “I am able to have his/her own divorceed,” and that he/she was able to do so for about 3 hours during the said period, such as “I am hyp, I am hyp, I am the same as I am hyp, I am hyp, I am the victim.” On the other hand, the Defendant continued to purchase three bottles outside the restaurant, and was placed on the back of the restaurant and on the floor of the next restaurant, and was dump for about 1 hours during the said period.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.
