1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 34,60,768 and KRW 24,010,575, whichever is applicable, from August 25, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Where the purport of the entire pleadings is added to each statement in Gap 1-4, the plaintiff may recognize the facts constituting the cause of the claim in this case (see, e.g., attached Form 34,60,768 won and the principal amount of KRW 24,010,575, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff overdue interest or delay damages calculated by the rate of 18% per annum from August 25, 2015 to the date of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff.

2. Accordingly, we accept the Plaintiff’s claim for the transfer money of this case seeking the fulfillment of its duty.
